Reports state Avila signed a long-term agreement with the Simon Premium Outlets property next to the border. This will be the first location in the San Diego region but probably not the last.

Headquartered in the Bay Area, Uncle Sharkii Poke Bar was co-founded by Honolulu-born and raised Raymond Reyes and wife Fen Reyes. Uncle Sharkii recently signed 37 contracts according to QSR Magazine to expand the brand into new territories.

Uncle Sharkii currently operates in Northern California, Texas, Utah, and Hawaii, with plans to expand further into Southern California, Arizona, and Nevada.

Built on their strong Ohana values, Uncle Sharkii highlights the spirit of Hawaii in their Signature Hawaiian Poke Bowls with simple ingredients and customizable toppings. Their menu also includes eight Boba Milk Tea drinks and four flavors of authentic Dole Soft Serve.

Uncle Sharkii is projected to open in San Diego in Spring 2023. Get to know their menu by visiting their Website and follow on Facebook for updates.
