A new mixed-use site called The Hangar is under construction at 3229 Roymar Rd in Oceanside across from Oceanside Municipal Airport. Behind the project is Adam Carruth of Carruth Cellars, a trusted urban winery with locations in Little Italy and Solana Beach. Tipping Pint Brewing is setting up to debut as the beer component on-site and will be sharing a tasting room space with Carruth.

What Now San Diego spoke with Tipping Pint Owner and Brewer Adam Jester, who has long been involved in the San Diego beer scene with ties to Pizza Port in Carlsbad. Now he’s in the process of building out the new facility to introduce Tipping Pint beer to the community. Jester shared they’re still in the process of building and are at least 4-6 weeks out from being open. That gives us a late-October time frame to expect fresh beers.

The Tipping Pint logo shows a spunky dog and Adam Jester shares that their new taproom will definitely be dog-friendly, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Craft beer lovers will find 8 beers on tap at the time of opening but Tipping Pint is eventually working up to 12 brews to enjoy.

The Hangar is expected to also house a food option on-site to compliment the beer and wine. To keep up to date with the growing brewery, The Tipping Pint is on Facebook and Instagram.
