SanDiegoVille first reported a new location will be heading to Little Italy soon. The Fish Shop is planning on reeling in new diners in a unique development, led by Fabric Design Group. According to the Fabric Website, the property was acquired in 2018 with the intention of making the site an “urban oasis.”

The site features an 821 square foot historic home, which according to renderings will accommodate a small amount of indoor seating. Plus the plot is being designed to fit in a kitchen and outdoor dining area. New neighbors include Pappalecco, and Lofty Coffee, which was also designed by Fabric.

The Fish Shop is owned by partners Doug Sondomowicz, Billy Ramirez, and Eric Leitstein of OMG Hospitality Group. The construction status does not indicate a start until 2022. Leaving an opening plan to mid-late 2022.
