Fresh on the announcement of their fourth restaurant opening in the Las Vegas market this Spring, Tacotarian will enter California to open their fifth spot. Vegans, Baby reports that Tacotarian will replace fellow Las Vegas restaurant, The Modern Vegan, now closed at 30th Street and El Cajon Boulevard

Known for their wide variety of vegan tacos, Tacotarian was founded in 2018 by Dan and Regina Simmons and Carlos and Kristen Corral. They serve modern Mexican cuisine and street food using a variety of plant-based ingredients like seitan, Beyond Beef, Gardein, and jackfruit.

Popular menu items include the Cali Burrito, Birria tacos, Takis-topped Elote, and the crunchwrap off their not-so-secret menu. Their vegan tacos pair well with a Margarita flight or Agua Frescas.

San Diego’s first Tacotarian is expected to open by Summer 2022. Get to know Tacotarian by visiting their Website and follow on Instagram for updates.
