Rustic Boards Artisanal Cuisine is setting up its first brick-and-mortar space in Chula Vista. Specializing in handcrafted charcuterie boards, the business has joined The Shops at Escaya, the growing mixed-use development in Otay Ranch.
According to a profile done by San Diego Voyager, owner Melina Marquez got her start working her way through various positions in restaurant hospitality before finding her niche in building creative grazing boards.

Rustic Boards won’t just be for charcuterie boards but will serve everything boards for enjoyment in house or for takeaway. Think sandwich boards, traditional cheese and charcuterie, and brunch boards.
