Growth plans are in the works for the Where To Eat California restaurant group brand, Rosemarie’s. According to SanDiegoVille, the business is working on its first brick-and-mortar location in Mission Beach. A recent ABC license request places the business at 3852 Mission Boulevard, replacing Now Sushi.

The mobile dining company and brainchild of Chef Nick Balsamo, the brands under Where To Eat California include Asian street food brand Strada, catering business and pop-up restaurant Festa, and mini burger and sandwich truck Rosemarie’s

Rosemarie’s can be found slinging gourmet sliders at Harland Brewing in Bay Park. Their menu includes options like The Classic, featuring Wagyu beef, onion confit, and jack cheese, a Nashville Hot Chicken slider, or meatless option We Have Eggplant. Also on the menu, beer battered fries loaded with Elote-inspired toppings or blue cheese and bacon.
