Breakfast Republic has its own take on the classic American breakfast. With menu items like Oreo and Churro Pancakes, S’mores French Toast, and Breakfast Bacon Mac ‘N’ Cheese, you’re likely to find something to satisfy those breakfast cravings. Summer 2021 specials include pina colada French toast and crispy mushroom and cornbread pancakes.

For drinks you can find the classic Bloody Mary menu as well as antioxidant shots, morning cocktails, and kombucha pours. But you might have to skip all of that and just go with the Breakfast Republic Prosecco, an all-natural prosecco imported expressly for Breakfast Republic from Verona’s Domus Vini.

According to Breakfast Republic’s website, Hillcrest will soon have its very own location. A liquor license application indicates Breakfast Republic Hillcrest will open at 3687 5th Ave.

Follow the eatery’s social media for some mouth-watering teasers.
