The noodle shop will set up in the 1,400 square feet space next to Veggie Grill that most recently held Jersey Mike’s. While the brand has yet to announce its debut date, Westfield has posted Qin West Noodle on its website with the label “Coming Soon.”

San Diegans will soon be able to try authentic Chinese classics like “Liang Pi,” a noodle dish made from thinly-rolled dough that is sliced into wide noodles, cooked with chili oil and topped with cucumbers and sprouts.

Other top sellers include the “Guilin Soup” and “Rou Jia Mo,” the latter of which resembles a pork sandwich.

Qin West Noodle has already established itself in L.A.’s Chinatown, Westwood, University Park, Arcadia and Irvine. Once open, their UTC location will mark their sixth shop. In addition to their dine-in restaurants, Qin West also offers catering and ghost kitchen delivery services in L.A.
