Prime Steakhouse will soon refresh the Bonita restaurant scene as they prepare to debut on Bonita Road. The new restaurant and hub for nightlife will replace Salucita Bar and Grill, introducing a concept you’d expect to find in the Gaslamp Quarter.
Chef Ramon Gomez tells What Now San Diego the community was craving a new concept and not another Birria restaurant. “We’re going to bring something different to Bonita,” shares Gomez.
With over 30 years of experience as a Chef, Gomez is well-versed in creating steakhouse concepts and tells us his specialty is in Italian and French cuisine. Prime Steakhouse will utilize his long-practiced talents, serving choice cut meats, alongside pasta dishes, and indulgent seafood entrees.
The restaurant will also offer musical entertainment and a Sunday Champagne Brunch with international specialties and classic dishes fresh from the grill. Prime Steakhouse promises a nice atmosphere to gather for dinner and socializing, and great service. Plus the space allows for private dining and conference room facilities for corporate events and meetings.
