This will be the fourth location for the gourmet pie company, which opened their original location in University Heights in 2016. Since then, Pop Pie Co. has opened pie shops in Costa Mesa and most recently in Point Loma.

The two brands have also promised to make South Park a little tastier, bringing their joint concept to the former site of Hamilton’s and South Park Brewing Company

Serving up savory chicken pot pies, seasonal specialties, handcrafted coffee drinks, and sweet and fruity desserts, Pop Pie Co. offers a wealth of comfort food options. While their ice cream teammate at Stella Jean’s scoops signature flavors like Mango Sticky Rice, Ube + Pandesal, and S’mores.

Eater shares the Pacific Beach spot is just one flavorful element of Sweet and Savory’s expansion plans. The Collective is setting up their headquarters in Mission Valley as their creative hub to plan their space in South Park, plus a Stella Jean’s location at The Cottages on Roosevelt in Carlsbad, and more potential locations in North County and Orange County

The latest ice cream and pie shop in Pacific Beach will reportedly open in late February. Stay updated by following Pop Pie on Instagram
