Unlike the original location, the Not Not Tacos Costa Mesa location will be available for pickup and delivery only. This is Not Not Tacos’ second location, following their original location inside the Little Italy Food Hall in San Diego.

“We are doing our best to not only adapt to this evolving environment but also to take this opportunity to grow and thrive,” Mike DiNorscia, CEO of Grain & Grit Collective, said in a press release. “We recognize the significant changes in the restaurant real estate market, and we have built a model that is very scalable and provides us the ability to further connect with Sam’s digital audience across the globe.”

Not Not Tacos Costa Mesa offers the same out-of-the-box “tacos” offered by its San Diego counterpart. Not your typical Mexican-inspired tacos, Costa Mesans can now order items like the Smokey Pork + Mac, Korean Short Rib, Sam’s Cheeseburger, and more.

Alongside the food offerings is a canned craft beer and cocktail program available for pickup and delivery on select platforms. Not Not Tacos is operating out of The Broken Yolk Café Costa Mesa, also helmed by Grain & Grit Collective, at 2701 Harbor Blvd Suite E6, Costa Mesa, CA 92626.
