Nishiki Ramen announced over social media that they’re opening doors on their third location. Their latest spot can be found on Mira Mesa Boulevard, neighboring H Mart and Applebee’s.
Known for their authentic Japanese ramen dishes, Nishiki serves “Tokyo-style” with fresh ingredients. Guests can see their noodles made in house and served with Tonkotsu broth, vegetables, and Chashu meats.
The much anticipated brand debuted to long lines in Kearny Mesa in 2015. They expanded with a second location in Hillcrest in 2018, and will now launch their third spot in Mira Mesa.
Nishiki Ramen’s third location is heading into their soft opening this weekend, with a limited menu available to start. The new location is open for Lunch from 11am-2pm, and Dinner from 5pm-9pm, closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Follow their Facebook page for more information.
