Mr. Moto Pizza continues to expand, adding location number nine in Kearny Mesa next. According to their website, the San Diego based pizza chain will join The Taco Stand, Tasty Noodle House, Formoosa, and O’Brien’s Pub in the shopping center on Convoy Street.
Founded by Gibran Fernandez in 2015, you can currently find Mr. Moto in Pacific Beach, Ocean Beach, North Park, Encinitas, Point Loma, Seaport Village, Little Italy, Mission Valley, and Arcadia, AZ.
Serving New York-style pizza, whole or by the slice, menu highlights include the Rocky Mountains with ricotta cheese and meatball peaks or Mamma Mia with spinach, pepperoni, and gorgonzola cheese. Mr. Moto also serves up calzones, strombolis, and a variety of bready garlic knots.
A rep for Mr. Moto says they’re in the early stages of planning the latest spot in Kearny Mesa. An opening timeline is yet to be announced. Stay updated by following them on Instagram.
