Franchisee Ash El is a restaurant industry veteran, working in the North County region for over 20 years. The road to opening his first MOOYAH location has been long but worth the wait to finally reveal the new restaurant with fun neon signage, quick-order kiosks, and delicious made-to-order burgers.

A “better burger” concept, MOOYAH uses fresh ingredients like never-frozen Certified Angus Beef®, hand-cut french fries, and buns baked in-house. The chain even offers a line of 100% fresh vegan and vegetarian burgers, with gluten-free and paleo options built for any diet.

El tells What Now San Diego that more locations in North County and Central San Diego are in negotiations. There are currently seven MOOYAH locations operating in California, with more on the way.

MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes is now open at 2540 El Camino Real in Carlsbad. Join MOOYAH’s grand opening celebration on Saturday, March 11th at 10:30 am for entertainment, prizes, and a drawing for free MOOYAH for a year! Get to know their menu by visiting their Website
