Fisher’s will debut their first location this side of the Mexican border in San Diego’s Little Italy. The restaurant will replace the now closed Roma Urban Market at the base of a commercial building on West Beech Street.
Eater first reported the upscale Mexican seafood restaurant will move into a 8,700-square-foot-space, equipped with an outdoor patio.
The Fisher’s restaurant group was founded in 1989 and have opened 29 locations mostly throughout Mexico, with a newly established presence in Madrid, Spain.
Fisher’s specializes in elevated seafood dishes like Salmon Carpaccio, Shrimp Aguachile, a fresh Oyster Bar, and rich dishes like the Seafood Gratin Casserole.
