Local coffee roaster and bakery Coffee “N” Talk has secured a lease to open its third location, Urban Strategies Group, the firm that brokered the deal, announced Wednesday on social media.
The new Coffee “N” Talk will take residence on the ground floor of the Paseo Place student apartments near San Diego State University.
“With current locations in downtown San Diego and Hillcrest, this delicious café will be a great amenity for college students and residents alike,” Urban Strategies Group said in the Instagram announcement.
Coffee ‘N’ Talk has already started permitting with the city for the incoming location, at 5665 Lindo Paseo Ste 102, What Now San Diego confirmed Wednesday. Owner Remzi Kaval did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Coffee ‘N’ Talk roasts its beans in-house alongside a menu of breakfast and lunch options, including made-from-scratch sticky buns, croissants, muffins, and more.
