The grand opening for Samburgers will be held on April 12.

“We are very excited to be growing and getting the opportunity to positively impact even more people with the good eats and great vibes
we will be bringing to Little Italy with Samburgers,” Mike DiNorscia, CEO of Grain & Grit Collective said in the press release. “It’s an awesome feeling to be continuing to grow in the same
place we got our start.”

The grand opening celebration will include live music, specials, and giveaways. Sam the Cooking Guy is also slotted to host a meet-and-greet, as well as a book signing for his newest cookbook, Recipes with Intentional Leftovers.

The menu at Samburgers Little Italy will be designed to appeal to a large audience and will have a wide selection of patty options for its burgers like ground chicken, salmon, brisket, short rib, and a plant-based option.

Samburgers joins Ambrogio15, Not Not Tacos, Wicked Main Lobster, and more in The Little Italy Food Hall.

“Coming very soon to the Little Italy Food Hall,” Samburgers posted to Instagram in March. “Who’s excited? We sure can’t wait to stuff our faces with more Samburgers.”
