“We have twelve beer taps, wine, and we really just do one burger, one fish taco, and one salad.” Leucadia Co. CEO Mario Guerra told What Now San Diego, “It’s a super simple menu that’s really well done.”

At The Hamburger Hut, you can expect counter service, picnic tables, and a causal tiki-themed space with lots of palm trees. Chef Andrew Halvorsen, the chef behind Moto Deli, will serve up smash-burger style burgers that come in singles, doubles, and triples.

Guerra tells What Now San Diego, you should be able to head over to Hamburger Hut for a smash burger and a beer on August 4th.
