Besides laying out a menu of loaded sandwiches and tacos with their famous smoked meats, Heritage also rolled out a specialty cocktail menu by beverage director Wyatt DeMars and craft beers brewed in-house by brewmaster Mike Aubuchon.

Next up, the team from Heritage will reimagine the 600-square-foot space within the 10,000-square-foot restaurant and brewpub for a separate country-western bar called Ladies Love Outlaws.

In a previous life the space had been in use by Urge Gastropub, who converted the vault of the former bank building into a speakeasy called 101 Proof.

Ladies Love Outlaws Lounge is described on social media as a Honky Tonk, serving up ice-cold domestic beer, Western-inspired cocktails and playing classic tunes by Waylon, Merle, & Patsy. Eater reports DeMars, a veteran of Oceanside’s KNVS, will head up the creation of the menu at the secondary bar and lounge inside Heritage.

Ladies Love Outlaws is expected to giddy up in South Oceanside in Early 2023. Look out for updates by following their Instagram page for more.
