Established in 2017, CEO Luis Ruiz has grown the company from one flagship location in South Gate to five locations across LA and Orange County.

At La Carniceria Meat Market you’re sure to find the highest quality cuts of beef like A5 Japanese Wagyu ribeye, Australian Wagyu ribeye, USDA Prime Tomahawk steak, A5 Japanese Filet Mignon and more. The business is proudly recognized as the only LA butcher shop officially part of the Kobe Beef Association

“While expanding rapidly, we are also in the process of franchising. We have five successful locations currently operating and also in the process of opening our additional five locations in the next year. We are excited to be able to offer more storefronts to our clients and provide them with the best in the industry. It is very important for us at La Carniceria Meat Market, that all people have easy access to the best quality, which is why we continue working hard and make it our duty to continue opening more locations to be closer to our consumers,” says the group in a statement.

A rep for La Carniceria confirms the group is finalizing more locations in the San Diego area and we can expect up to another three local storefronts in the future. La Carniceria Meat Market in Chula Vista is expected to open by March 2023.
