Kennedy’s Meat Company in Escondido announced their second location will be introduced soon in Temecula. The family-owned business will land adjacent to the Promenade Temecula Shopping Mall on Margarita Road.
Owner Mark Mendoza introduced customers to recipes perfected by his grandfather Jesus Soto, the owner of the original Kennedy’s Market which opened in 1972. Carrying on the legacy, the next generation Kennedy’s Meat Company opened in Escondido in 2018.
Kennedy’s is known for their carne asada, and offers a variety of choice cuts, Wagyu and Kobe beef, plus grab-and-go marinated chicken or beef.
Their original spot features catering services, a butcher shop and deli, plus a dine-in menu with tacos, burritos, loaded fries and more. The Temecula location will operate as a traditional meat market, focusing on their fresh and prepared meat options.
