Joyee’s Dumpling House is preparing to add a fourth restaurant in North County. According to site plans at Vista’s North County Square, Joyee’s will move in next to Kokage Sushi and Ding Tea. Alexis Couch of San Diego-based commercial real estate brokerage Location Matters represented Joyee’s Dumpling House on the deal.
Joyee’s Dumpling House launched in 2018 and now operates restaurants in Poway, 4S Ranch, and Torrey Highlands. Locations offer dine-in and takeout in a fast-casual setting.
Serving authentic Chinese cuisine, Joyee’s specialty is its steamed buns and dumplings. Their menu also includes wonton soups, a variety of noodle and rice dishes, the popular Beef Wrap, plus daily lunch specials on their savory entrees.
