Harrah’s Introducing New Fine Dining Concept

Harrah’s SoCal is working on their next restaurant opening in Valley Center, aka Funner, CA. Labeled a fine dining restaurant and oyster bar, Salt & Fin is soon to join the lineup of eateries at the Rincon Tribe’s resort and casino.

In August, Harrah’s opened doors to the much anticipated outpost of Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen. The resort remodeled their former buffet area to make way for the first Hell’s Kitchen in California and the largest in existence.

Few details are known about Salt & Fin for the moment. Harrah’s resort is currently advertising various open positions for the restaurant online and holding hiring events at their wine bar, Corked.
