Galpão Gaucho Brazilian Steakhouse is expected to place their eighth restaurant in San Diego, the first in Southern California. The restaurant looks to move into a 10,031-square-foot space in the historic waterfront destination, The Headquarters at Seaport

Their gourmet salad bar experience features a wide selection of cured meats, cheeses, fresh mixed salads, deviled eggs, and pickled vegetables. Once guests have enjoyed unlimited trips to the salad bar, they signal to the servers roaming the dining room for the main event. 

Servers present 17 different cuts of meat, sliced table-side from skewers. Guests indulge in their signature picanha top sirloin, filet mignon, chicken breast wrapped in bacon, grilled shrimp, and leg of lamb. 

Let’s hope there’s still room for dessert, Galpão Gaucho offers creme brulee, Tres Leches cake, and Brazilian Pudim. 

Galpão Gaucho launched in 2014 with their flagship restaurant in San Antonio. They have grown to operate seven restaurants with multiple locations in the Bay Area, plus Charleston, South Carolina and Las Vegas.
