The concept, currently unnamed and undefined, will take over a community office space in University Heights.

If a hardcore-themed craft cocktail bar with a ‘permanent vacation’ pop-up can’t win you over, and a tropical, retro-futuristic space-themed cocktail bar doesn’t do it for you…well, I’m not entirely sure what to say.

Perhaps Kindred and MOTHERSHIP partners Kory Stetina and Arsalun Tafazoli can still woo you with the third, as of yet unnamed, vegan bar and eatery they have in the works.

Sandiegoville reports the brilliant minds behind the South Park vegan destinations (Kindred opened in 2015, MOTHERSHIP is slated to open this winter) are collaborating once again. Stetina has taken over a 4,500 square-foot building on Park Boulevard and apparently has plans for a third brick-and-mortar plant-based eatery and bar. Sandiegoville suggests a speakeasy, a modern redesign, and an ambitious cocktail list (could we expect anything less??).

We were unable to reach Stetina at the time of publication, so you’ll want to follow Kindred’s social media for updates on these nameless and somewhat mysterious developments.
