Tired Eyes Coffee on F Street in East Village recently announced they would be officially closing their doors on November 28th. Recently a new brand called Fresh Beans & Co. popped onto the scene, submitting permit plans to the city to take over the space.
Tired Eyes had been serving premium coffee and their own specialty roasts since 2018. Their closing date announcement kept things brief but shared, “There’s a lot of factors that have played into this decision but we’ll get to those at another time.”
We know very little about the new company that will be replacing Tired Eyes. Fresh Beans & Co. do not have a social media or online presence yet.
New ownership could not be reached to confirm if Fresh Beans plans to produce their own fresh roasted coffee.
What Now San Diego will stay posted to the new East Village cafe as updates come in.
