Carlsbad locals will soon be treated to an authentic Italian bakery headed to the La Costa neighborhood. Dolce Aroma Italian Bakery is setting up a cafe and bakeshop located in the La Costa Town Square Shopping Center.
With family from Rome and Naples, Dolce Aroma is inspired by family recipes from home and is a family effort to operate. Bringing together health-conscious ideals and Italian background, it will be a place where other Italians can gather, order in Italian, and enjoy their favorite foods from home.
Dolce Aroma plans to serve an all-day menu of scratch-made pastries, Italian sandwiches, and salads. Expect the best in Italian products and all-natural ingredients, from the organic caprese salad to the freshly baked focaccia bread. Along with traditional espresso-based drinks, guests can indulge in Italian desserts like tiramisu, cannoli, and gelato.
