Managing Partners Anderson Clark and Brian Douglass at CS Hospitality Group will kick off the year with the opening of a yet-to-be-named restaurant in Bankers Hill. According to Eater, the group has partnered with Tecture Design to renovate the 8,753-square-foot space that formerly housed Bankers Hill Bar + Restaurant

According to a recent permit filing, their following project will transform a former residential space next door to Pete’s Seafood in North Park into a 1,200-square-foot restaurant. Also unnamed, Eater shares renderings of their new digs featuring an inviting lounge space around the hearth, an open kitchen, and a full bar at the center.

CS Hospitality recently shared in a hiring notice, “CS Hospitality will be opening our third restaurant in Bankers Hill in January and the fourth restaurant in North Park in June. With two fully established restaurants, we are ready to expand our company, so we are looking for individuals who are determined to grow within our company.” The post went on to explain the two new concepts will continue under the direction of Culinary Director Sam Deckman

The project in Bankers Hill now looks to be pushed to Spring 2023 while the restaurant in North Park is expected by Summer 2023
