As they get ready to celebrate their third anniversary at their space in El Cajon, Creative Creature Brewing is about to make moves to expand their brand in North County. SanDiegoVille first reported the new digs in San Marcos, which previously housed Stumblefoot Brewing down the road from Lost Abbey in an industrial park.
From Fruited Sours to Hazy IPAs, Creative Creature is ready to expand their operation in order to deliver more product and widen their distribution footprint. Known for their wildly creative brews and packaging that hit on nostalgic retro cartoons and brands, their beer styles are so varied they’re bound to deliver something for everyone.
According to San Diego Beer News, Owner Derek Carnation confirms the new location is familiar to Creative Creature. The brand has utilized Stumblefoot’s space for contract brewing in the past and was able to acquire the equipment and site after the brewery closed.
No official opening date has been announced for San Marcos but word is they should be up and running in early 2022. Creative Creature will celebrate their Third Anniversary with a party and music festival at their El Cajon location November 13, 2021.
