Craft House is making plans for its next San Diego venture in Mission Valley. According to a recent permit filing, Chef Caesar Huerta will bring a third location of his popular concept to Fashion Valley Mall next.
Craft House debuted in the North Park neighborhood back in 2018, and opened a second outpost with an expanded menu at the trendy Sky Deck food hall in Del Mar Highlands Town Center in 2021.
Known for its New American classics with a Mexican twist, Craft House is a mix between a brewpub and an upscale steakhouse. With classics like the handcrafted Monster burgers, a nod to its start as a food truck called Monster Crafts, guests can also indulge in the signature Herb Butter Tomahawk steak, and elevated seafood dishes like the Citrus Shoyu Pan-Seared Salmon or Charred Octopus.
