Expansion has been on CEO Nate Ransom’s mind since the out-set of Cravory Cookies, a craft bakery that’s been ‘innovating’ the cookie in Point Loma since 2014. Now it appears that expansion is in the works.

While Ransom was unavailable for comment at the time of publication, our intel says the company was recently approved for a permit filed for 6526 El Cajon Blvd. in San Diego.

Cravory Cookies “has handcrafted and sold over 5,000 unique cookie flavors (including six new flavors each month), each with attentive detail to taste, freshness and bite,” boasts the company’s website.

While 5,000 flavors sounds pretty wild, a glance at the company’s website confirms the sheer scope of Cravory’s cookie flavors. The bakery whips up savory cookies like Rosemary Balsamic and Pancakes and Bacon, as well as the sweet Lemon bar, Oreo Churro, and Red Velvet cookies, not to mention Mango Con Chile, and the list goes on.

You can order Cravory Cookies delivered to your doorstep, or you can find them in-house at their Point Loma bakery where all Cravory cookies are handcrafted and baked. And, soon, it seems, you’ll be able to wander in to 6526 El Cajon to satisfy your next cookie craving.
