The Oceanside location is a multifaceted space that anchors Tremont Collective, offering a private patio, designated flower shop, full café experience, and a retail and event space next door, dubbed “The Annex.” The hybrid cafe and wine bar encourages guests to come and stay for the day while doing some shopping, working and socializing over a glass of wine, seasonal lattè, or craft cocktail.

The Oceanside location features a mural created by North Park artist, Chelsea Smith and has indoors and outdoors seating. The space includes two large skylights, a winding wine bar with wooden barstools, a styled lounge with leather couches and chairs and a communal table.

The Fall menu created by Chef Jeannette Silva features items like the Fig and Prosciutto Pizzetta, Bahn Mi and Roasted Cauliflower which can be paired with the seasonal Ginger Pear Cocktail, Sparkling Sangria, or glass of wine to be enjoyed from the seaside inspired wine bar. Communal’s all-day offerings include breakfast sandwiches, toasts and pastries, espresso drinks, salads and shared bites.

The Annex will allow Communal to expand its current community offerings, inviting guests into the larger event space for curated calligraphy, macrame, flower arranging classes, and more. Guests can also rent the space for their own events such as baby or bridal showers or company parties. Known for their local and elevated retail offerings, The Annex is also home to a larger selection of Communal retail products, including everything from gift cards to baby items and home accessories.

Communal Oceanside will open daily from 7am to 7pm and will expand it’s hours to 10pm.
