China Fusion looks to be growing in North County with another location in the works in Oceanside. According to commercial real estate company, Retail Insite, site plans at Fire Mountain Center show the Chinese restaurant moving into a 1,500-square-foot space at the plaza neighboring Trader Joe’s and Kimy Gets Skinny Doatnuts.
The restaurant specializes in fresh Chinese cuisine, blending traditional styles and modern dishes. China Fusion operates locations in Oceanside, Carlsbad, and Corona.
Chef’s Specials include Honey Walnut Shrimp, Kung Pao plate with shrimp, chicken, and beef, or the Dragon and Phoenix, a spicy mix of shrimp, vegetables, and house chicken. China Fusion also offers a variety of health-focused dishes with steamed vegetables, your choice of protein, and sauce on the side which contains no salt, sugar, or starch.
