The family that brought you local favorites Grater Grilled Cheese and Grater Greens is launching their third concept Fin + Lime, a build-your-own ceviche experience that also includes hot Mexican cuisine and other crispy seafood bites, in the heart of Mission Valley. This is the family’s third brick-and-mortar restaurant being introduced in the shopping center at Mission Center Road and Friars Road.

Opt out at anytime

An assembly line concept, this establishment offers the option of a perfect to-go snack or a sit-down experience. Walk up to the ceviche bar and start off by choosing chips or a corn tostada. Next, select your protein from options such as ahi tuna, octopus, shrimp, fresh fish or surimi. Following that, choose from a wide selection of fresh vegetables like tomato, jicama, and corn. Top off your ceviche cup with your choice of Fin + Lime’s inspired sauces like ponzu, la chingona, Tamarindo, green and red aguachile, or mango habanero.

Baskets with fish and chips, grilled shrimp and gobernadora are being served as well. Or, build your own burrito, bowl or taco plate that features house rice, beans and the same protein options. Round out your meal with something sweet like their signature Churro Fries. A kids menu is available as well that includes quesadillas.

Fin + Lime is housed at 5608 Mission Center Road and is open for lunch and dinner from 11 a.m. – 8 p.m.
