The restaurant is planning to be a brunch spot by day and an oyster and champagne bar by night.

“We will bring unique dishes, extensive champagne and prosecco selections, and innovative cocktails that set it apart from the classic millennial brunch experience,” said Kendall McCreary with Eckis Marketing. “We are thrilled to announce Breakfast and Bubbles will be open for business and popping champagne in May 2021.”

Breakfast and Bubbles will sit on the edge of University Heights and Hillcrest moving into a spot previously occupied by Cafe on Park.

“We love being in the center of two of San Diego’s most vibrant neighborhoods,” McCreary added. “Our location in the heart of San Diego speaks to our desire to welcome everyone to Breakfast and Bubbles.”

She believes the new spot will be a fun, immersive brunch experience, unlike anything San Diego has seen before.

“The unique menu and vibrant design are what make Breakfast and Bubbles stand out and we can’t wait to share it with everyone,” McCreary said. “From breakfast charcuterie boards to a raw bar, this pink-dipped spot in Hillcrest will be your new favorite.”
