The award winning coffee roasting company, Bird Rock Coffee, are gearing up to open their new Waterfront location on Kettner. They tease on social media that they’re just a few steps away from opening doors at Kettner Commons, the new luxury coworking space.
According to commercial real estate company Cushman & Wakefield, Bird Rock has leased a 900 square-foot space at The Lumberyard outdoor shopping center on S. Coast Highway in Encinitas.
Bird Rock’s specialty is farm-to-cup coffee, securing premium coffee directly from farmers. The direct trade relationship is mutually beneficial, providing farmers with increased profit and Bird Rock with high-quality beans.
